Ir. John Mink

Mr John Mink is currently following a training course for Dutch patent attorney. John Mink is a graduate of the electrical engineering faculty at the University of Delft with specialization in control engineering and avionics. After completing his study he worked at various international companies such as Shell, Philips, Origin, TNO and PANalytical.

Paula Maathuis

I have been working as formalities officer at Patent Forward since January 2010. Before that I worked as notary’s clerk at a firm of civil-law notaries in The Hague, mainly in the property field, and successfully completed my training as notary’s clerk.

I have also successfully completed the Bachelor of Law course for qualified notary’s clerks in Den Bosch.
In 2011 I successfully followed a course leading to the qualification of Formalities Officer.

I will make enthusiastic use of my legal knowledge and skills to make sure that your patent procedures are completed as well as possible.

Yvonne Kolthof

 In 1996 I graduated in business economics From the Windesheim University in Zwolle. Following my study I gained experience in financial services, working at ABN AMRO Bank and Van Lanchot Bankers among others. Client orientation and service are high priorities for me. After 10 years of this type of work however, I thought it was time to broaden my horizons. At Patent Forward I now have the chance to grow into a new professional field as Formalities Officer. Like Paula, I have also successfully completed a training course as Formalities Officer. I think it important to keep you, the client, informed of developments during the whole procedure in the best and clearest possible way
