Private individuals & Patents

We consider it a challenge to secure for a private client protection for his or her idea.

We cherish the private inventors who are so sure of their idea that they want to gain protection for it. We have seen plenty of examples of clients who started as private individuals with an idea and later successfully set up their own company. We do of course attempt to limit the costs for private individuals and to inform them as clearly as possible about the patent grant procedure.

We regularly bring private individuals together with contacts in our network who can help them further, for instance in applying for subsidies or in the further development of their invention.
